Yields on Colliers' recent commercial property sales in 7.5% to 8% range, prices from under $1m to $2.75m

Prices of Auckland commercial properties recently sold by Colliers International ranged from $835,000 for a 173 square metre office on the North Shore to $2.75 million for a multi-unit industrial complex at Glen Eden, while yields were in the 7.5% to 8% range.

  • Unit B3, 63 Apollo Drive, Mairangi Bay, North Shore. A two level unit titled office space with a gross floor area of 566 square metres. Sold for $1.94 million providing a yield of 7.7%. The agents were Janet Marshall and Paul Salmon.
  • Unit B2, 34 Triton Ave, Mairangi Bay, North Shore. A ground floor, unit-titled, 173 square metre office space. Sold at auction for $835,000, providing a yield of 7.8% The agents were Janet Marshall and Paul Salmon.
  • 2 Glenview Rd, Glen Eden, Waitakere. A 1680 square metre building on a 2733 square metre site, with seven individual industrial tenancies. Sold for $2.75 million plus GST. The agents were Jonathan Lynch, Deborah Dowling and Brad Visser.
  • 24-26 Tui St, Otahuhu, Auckland. A 3630 square metre section on two titles, zoned Business 6. Sold at auction for $1.94 million plus GST. The agents were Jonathan Lynch, Jolyon Thomson and Greg Goldfinch.
