Three bedroom house in Mt Wellington fetches $760,000 while a mansion with pool and olive grove in Hamilton sells for $1.05 million at latest Bayleys auctions

This house on a lifestyle property in Hamilton sold for $1.05 million.

A substantial 340 square metre house, on an 8000 square metre lifestyle block surrounded by olive trees, sold for $1.05 million at last week’s Bayleys auctions.

The house at Temple View on the outskirts of Hamilton had five bedrooms, a pool and a separate, self-contained one bedroom flat.

In Bayleys Auckland auction rooms the highlights included a studio apartment in the Heritage Farmers building in the CBD that sold for $180,000, a 1940s-era three bedroom house in Mt Wellington that went for $760,000, a 560 square metre section with a workshop on it in Alfriston that sold for $230,000 and a large house with sea views and a pool at Rothesay Bay that sold for $1.707 million.
