Prices on a variety of commercial investment properties sold recently by Knight Frank and Colliers International ranged from $397,250 for a unit in a newly built industrial complex in Rangiora, to $2.35 million for a 300 square metre shop on Mt Eden Rd in Auckland.
Yields ranged from 6.1% to 7.5%.

- Unit 2, 1 Kingsford Smith Rd, Rangiora. A newly built, vacant 239 square metre industrial unit, sold for $397,250 by Craig Edwards and Campbell Taylor.
